Analytics data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Purchase information
When you purchase a license, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name and email address to deliver access and send receipts. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Communications
If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we store your name, email address, and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry.
2. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish users and sessions. Set only after you grant consent. Expire after 2 years.
No cookies are set before you give consent. You can decline analytics cookies and the site will continue to function fully.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent — analytics cookies are only placed after you explicitly accept.
- Contract — purchase data is processed to fulfil the license agreement.
- Legitimate interests — contact enquiries are retained to respond to you and maintain records of communications.
4. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. Purchase records are retained for 7 years in compliance with financial regulations. Contact enquiries are retained for 12 months.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following processors:
- Google Analytics — analytics (EU users are processed under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms with IP anonymisation enabled).
- Stripe — payment processing.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)

- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
