Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using HyperSaaS. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Product

HyperSaaS is a software boilerplate — a collection of source code files designed to accelerate SaaS development. You receive a licence to use the source code, not a hosted service. You are responsible for deploying and operating any applications you build with it.

2. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Use the source code to build unlimited commercial and non-commercial projects.
• Modify the source code for your own use.
• Deploy applications built with the code to production environments.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code itself (modified or unmodified).
• Create derivative boilerplate products for sale or distribution.
• Share your licence access with others outside your immediate team.

3. Payment & Refunds

The current offering is a one-time lifetime licence. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are the purchaser’s responsibility.

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied, provided you have not built a production application with the code. To request a refund, contact info@hypersaas.dev with your order details.

No refunds are issued after 14 days.

4. Updates

Lifetime access includes all future updates to the boilerplate for as long as the product is actively maintained. We do not guarantee any specific update cadence or feature roadmap.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HyperSaaS to build applications that:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Facilitate illegal activity, harassment, or hate speech.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in the HyperSaaS source code. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you. Your own application code and content remain your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HyperSaaSis provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the code will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HyperSaaS, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HyperSaaS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by updating the date at the top of this page.
